Project Implementation

Week 4 will be implementing the research project.

Each individual project needs to have the following components:

1. Use a GEO Dataset for a particular disease and perform DEG Analysis on it.

2. Create a PPI Network in STRING.

3. Do ENRICHR and PANTHER Analysis.

4. Use Cytoscape to find hub genes and more network analysis.

5. Use DAVID for additional KEGG Pathway Analysis.

6. You can extend your project by adding Gene Cards/miRNA/Metaboanalyst/and any other software you wish to use.

7. For each part make sure to be documenting your analysis, download any figures, making any tables and keep all of these in a folder so that you can work on putting it into a research paper in Week 5.
