Data Preprocessing
The data to use for Metaboanalyst should be a series matrix file from GEO with preprocessing done on it.
First, download the txt file and delete everything except the section that starts with !series matrix begins as well as the !sample characteristic data.
Note in the next video: we have to rearrange the columns so that all the healthy control patient columns are together, all the PD patients are together, and all the neurological control patients are together. The video doesn't fully show this but you have to do it in your analysis.
To use in Metaboanalyst make sure to convert the Google Sheets to a .csv file.
